This Privacy Policy explains how the “TOP MASTER” mobile application
(the “App”) collects, uses, stores and protects users’ personal data. The App
is a platform that connects customers with service professionals (“masters”).
By registering for or using the App, you agree to this Policy.
1. Data we collect
1.1. Data you provide
- Account data: phone number (for registration and SMS/OTP verification), first and last name.
- Profile (for masters): offered services, work areas, portfolio (photos of completed work) and verification documents.
- Order data: service type, description, address and photos/media attached to the order.
- Messages: in-app chat text between the customer and the master.
1.2. Automatically collected data
- Location: for customers — to set the order address; for masters — in “online” mode to show nearby orders and calculate distance to the customer; location is updated periodically while the App is open. You can turn this off at any time by switching to “offline”.
- Device data: device type, OS version and push-notification token (Firebase Cloud Messaging).
- Usage data: technical logs (for debugging and security).
2. How we use data
- Creating an account, signing in and verifying identity (OTP);
- Matching a customer with a master for an order and fulfilling it;
- Sending notifications about order status, messages and verification codes;
- Improving service quality, support and dispute resolution;
- Ensuring security and preventing fraud;
- Complying with legal requirements.
3. Sharing data with third parties
We do not sell your personal data. Data is shared only in the following cases and only to the extent necessary:
- Other users: to fulfil an order, the customer and master see each other’s necessary details (name, phone, address) after the master accepts the order.
- Service providers: Firebase / Google (push notifications), SMS gateway (verification codes) — only to perform their function.
- Legal requirement: when required by law or an authorized government authority.
4. Data retention
Your data is kept while your account is active. When you delete your account, your personal data is deleted or anonymized; data that must be retained by law (e.g. financial records) is kept for the required period.
5. Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted channels (HTTPS/TLS) and protected by modern technical and organizational measures. Only authorized staff can access data when necessary.
6. Your rights
- View and correct your data;
- Delete your account and associated data (see section 7);
- Manage notification and location permissions in your device settings;
- Contact us regarding your data.
7. Account & data deletion
To delete your account, you can submit a request via the “Profile” section in the App or contact us using the details below. After the request, your account and personal data are deleted within a reasonable period (usually 30 days). Only data required to be retained by law (financial records) may be kept.
8. Children’s privacy
The App is not intended for persons under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we discover such data, we delete it.
9. Changes to this Policy
This Policy may be updated from time to time. We will announce material changes via the App or on this page. The updated date is shown at the top.
